As I posted elsewhere... Only way to settle these sort of disputes is with a naked mud-wrestling match at Center Court.23-06-2025 15:05

Maybe she's receiving hints that it's time to take a break if Gauff and suspended matches are too much for her.19-06-2025 17:34

The general pattern has been Loser Bettors attacking people better than themselves through (anti)Social Media. The majority of threats and disgusting comments come from those who lose their lunch money, allowances, and rent money in online bets.17-06-2025 16:21

Just realize the problem, then address the problem. Don't bullshit everyone (actually only yourself) for over a week and finally admit a simple mistake or misjudgement. It's never a good idea to try to justify shaky comments instead of owning them. Quicker one makes an admission of somewhat poor judgement, the sooner it goes away.17-06-2025 16:16

BBC sports coverage blows anyway. Two most obvious reasons = They can't seem to shut their mouths often enough -- and they will bounce from one event to another at will. Not to mention show 90% of a sporting event and cut it short to go to regularly schedule programs! In short, BBC sucks.14-06-2025 13:34

Iga is our family's favorite person and player (along with Jasmine P) but Iga is wrong here. According to the WTA 2025 Rule Book she indeed took too long, longer than the occasional Ump's unilateral leniency to allow more time. She surpassed any exception I've seen on clay without Hawkeye. If that's not enough for her or anyone, here's a fact: Try to pressure Kader Nouni, an amazing individual and the WTA #1 male chair ump, and you will lose every time!06-06-2025 20:14

In defense of Sabalenka, she is very succinct and analytic when it comes to tennis. Her tennis IQ is admirable. However she's not exactly a Harvard or Oxford graduate when she speaks away from tennis. Might be best to keep interviews short. It's no longer "cute" to seem naive and/or not so bright. As for the lengthy screaming and very late loud vocal tricks, it may have started as a distraction tool. But at this stage it seems more of a Bad Habit Gone Wrong. Not unlike allowing a child to pick their nose as they please, only to eventually be an 18 year-old not just picking their nose... but eating it, too. The extended screaming nonsense is annoying (intended as so?) and unnecessary. Saba's level of noises are not the "physical release" described by coaches and players. It's actually approaching a level of unfairness.05-06-2025 13:48
